Her extensive experience in community building including roles with Escapees and Harvest Hosts, as well as consulting for outdoor and travel-focused brands has given her a deep understanding of the industry’s unique dynamics. Jerod’s 26 years of service in the military taught him the critical importance of strong, supportive communities. Transitioning into the IT industry, he spent over 25 years developing systems and solutions that brought people together in innovative ways. Though he came to the adventure lifestyle later in life, he quickly discovered that the most fulfilling journeys are about more than the destinations they’re about the people you meet along the way.
